Cossacks2-net.de THE LEAGUE - The Gaming-system

The gaming system of Cossacks2-net.de THE LEAGUE challenges the player to battle it out all the way to the finals of the European Play-Offs. It appeals to both single players as well as clans due to the fact that at the end of every season there will be a clan ranking in addition to the individual tournament.

Individual tournament:

German and English leagues

Every player is automatically entered in the individual tournament. The first phase of the individual tournament consists of several German and English leagues, which we estimate will hold 10 players each. This way every player will fight at least 9 matches. The player with the most victories wins his/her league and receives a great prize!

European Play-Offs

The winners of the German and English leagues get to enter the European Play-Offs. There are 8 places. If there are places left over (because there were only 4 leagues, for instance) these will be given to the players with the most victories of all the leagues (not counting the victories of the winners of course). The players who qualify for the European Play-Offs will play against each other using a knock out system (quarter finals, semi finals, finals) until there is one winner of the Cossacks2-net.de THE LEAGUE left over. The winner receives a great prize.

Individual ranking

The individual ranking will be updated after every match; current match results and the tables can be found on the main page or under "Season -> D/E LEAGUE A/B". You can also find the match overview for all the leagues of the current season there. Players also have access to their own personal match overview in their player account.

Clan ranking:

The clan tournament is calculated by using the percentage of victories of clan members against members of other clans and non-clan players, spanning all the leagues. For a clan to enter the clan tournament, at least two members of the clan must have a player account for the current season. If at all possible they will be entered in different leagues. If a clan member wins the European Play-Offs his/her clan receives a 10% victory bonus. The players of the winning clan will be awarded.

Entering a clan in the clan tournament:

The clan's name and abbreviation must be entered when the first member registers. Also, a link to the clan's current website is required on the registration form so that the League admins can check the entered details and, if necessary, contact the clan leaders. When at least two members of the same clan have a player account for the current season the clan is automatically entered in the clan tournament at the end of every season.

Clan ranking:

The clan ranking, which spans all the leagues, is updated at the end of every week of matches. The current ranking of the clans can be found any time under "Season -> Clan tournament".
